Just Jared reports that the Gossip Girl heartthrob was spotted getting hot and heavy with DiCaprio's sometimes-girlfriend, Bar Refaeli, on the dance floor on Friday night at New York's 1Oak, and there was even a bit of buttock-fondling involved.
