The Rated R singer graces the cover and pages of the February 2010 issue of W Magazine, and they probably should have changed the title to WTF Magazine this month, because that's what we're thinking right now.

We don't know what that thing is on Rihanna's head. We are, however, pretty sure that it's about to bore its tentacles into her skull and suck her brains out.
